![]() Let me know what you're guys's opinions are in chat! See ya in the next post! This is tricky, but in Stellarlune she seems to have gotten rid of most (a lot) of the guilt that hurt her mind over time. This means that, unlike Alden who clung to that, she can let it go, therefore invincible to breaks as long as she lets go. Most of the time (save for Exile) Sophie is, sure, guilt ridden, but she also is shown to get over guilt. Shannon constantly described "darkness/light seeping through the cracks", which led me to believe it is possible for Sophie to shatter. There are some moments in Exile, and yes, I know she was-how did Bronte put it? "Malfunctioning," but there were moments that made it look like she could fall for the darkness of Alden's mind. Also, this post spans across all books so you may want to shy from reading if you are not finished with the series. So, in my point of view, there are two options. ![]() It's just guesses and opinions at this point. That's good and all, but does that mean that her mind can break? Like Alden, any amount of guilt growing on her (and we all know she has small cases of guilt that can grow overtime) can shatter her mind, right? Well, we don't know. Well, we know that (other than the Forklenator and Fitz) nobody can read her mind or transmit to her without her opening the connection first. ![]() Sophie has an impenetrable mind, correct? Yes. ALERT - THIS POST CONTAINS NEWS FROM ALL BOOKS ![]()
